Missing Material library and Template

Material library and Template is missing, even Rihno 8 has been downloaded and reinstalled 5 times.

Hi Ali, please run systeminfo command in Rhino and post the result. Have you tried Repair? Go to Add or Remove Programs and Modify the Rhino 8 install to Repair.

Thanks anyway, I solved that by the Rihno 8 factory Rest, but problem is crashing of Rihno by attempting to assign material to a surface.

Hej Ali -

Does the crash reporter dialog pop up when Rhino crashes? If so, please always send those in. As of now, I’m not seeing any such reports from your account.

Apart from that, please run the Rhino SysrtemInfo command and copy-paste its output here.

Thanks

Hi
Okay.
No it dose’t report any, Rihno just turns Off.

Hej Ali -

I’m afraid you won’t get very far with that onboard GPU. We recommend a dedicated GPU having at least 4 GB of VRAM per monitor for running Rhino 8. You might not have issues drawing shapes and such in wireframe and shaded modes, but - as you see - rendering features will be problematic to the point where it simply doesn’t work.
You could try finding more up-to-date drivers for that Intel card… Open the Notifications panel in Rhino and follow the links from there.
