MeshPatch Outer Boundary not working?

Hi,
I just tried ShapeDiver meshpatch and realized tha input Curve boundary not working in some cases. I draw closed curve and add as an input, but received message Solution exception parameter name: Boundary must be closed. However it works when I add circle.

I also tried with close curve component ( pufferfish) and it still dont works…

It seems that a bug was introduced on McNeel’s side in the function used by the component. I reported the bug here: CreatePatch function fails with closed polyline inputs

I will let you know when progress is made regarding the issue, this should be solved in one of the future service releases of Rhino itself.
