Material thumbnails are black

Hello guys. So recently I started to have a problem with material thumbnails which are showing black icons in the material library. The materials work on objects and render just fine. It happened when I cleaned my cache and duplicit files because I needed to free up some space on my /C drive. I tried multiple commands mentioned in other posts, such as TestRestoreLibraryFileAssociations and TestClearRDKCaches and DownloadLibraryTextures (even though in Rhino default material library I can see thumbnails just fine. I even tried to repair rhino and nothing seems to work. Thank you for any suggestions.

There are three different view modes:

Grid, Tree and List. Does this happen in all three modes?

A factory reset of Rhino might resolve this. (_Reset command)

Yes it happened in all three modes. I tried the factory reset and it worked. Thank you so much!
