Hey everyone,
i have unwrapped this object and i want to have the wood texture change direction in the corner.
i dont want to explode the polysurface.
do you have any idea how can i make this happen?

When you use Unwrap
, make sure to select the small edge between the two strips as a seam - then you will have those two as separate islands in the UV editor, and you can rotate the vertical one to match the grain.

this edge appears after i do the unwrapp.
Should i explode the polysurface and then split the surface there?

Ah, I see - so the front is a single NURBS surface! No need to explode the whole thing. Just use SplitFace (from inner corner to outer corner) to divide the surface into two joined surfaces - then you can select the edge as seam when unwrapping. Post the part if you having trouble getting there.
