I found that setting my grid interval to 12.7 mm works well for snapping to English intervals, but Rhino only accepts whole numbers.
Um seems like you can enter decimals for the grid line spacing and snap spacing here. The major interval is every so-many minor grid lines, so yes it’s a whole number only.
