Main toolbar not switching icons while switching Standard toolbar tabs v8

I remember it doing this once but it’s not doing it now. Not sure if there’s a setting to toggle this behaviour?

The Main toolbar is static, even when switching tabs on the Standard toobar above. I’m trying to access the Mesh/Truncated Cone icon and can’t find it unless I create a new toolbar.

My toolbars:

A ‘switched’ Main toolbar, when Mesh Tools tab is selected.

That seems to be behaving correctly here.
Have you tried running WindowLayout and then restoring the Default Window Layout? If that doesn’t fix this, I’d try Reset with the Delete toolbar customizations option.
Please post the text output of the Rhino SystemInfo command if none of that works.
