Reverse engineered lounge chair from a 75M+10M (frame and seat) scanned mesh. Rendered in Cycles using HDR and a single rectangular light. UV mapping the back/armrest was… interesting. I really wish Rhino had an option to create rectangular UVs from curved surfaces without having to use FlowAlongSurface to deform the UV meshes.

Basically a set of cross sections (from the scanned mesh model), which was then rebuild and adjusted. Then a simple loft combined with OffsetSrf for thickness - and BlendEdge for the rounded corners.
