Looking for developer for Rhino app project

We are looking for someone to help us develop a plug-in for Rhino which interfaces with a third party API. Our application is the construction industry, although experience in this is not essential. We want to develop a Rhino-based GUI which allows to export geometry to a third party platform which will carry out finite element analysis. We then want to bring the results of this back into Rhino for visualisation purposes. Finally, the plugin should be able to produce a report containing the analysis assumptions, results, and visualisations to a specific ISO EN standard.
