I am a graduate architect based in Melbourne, Australia and am interested in contributing to an open source project within the rhino/grasshopper ecosystem. I think it’s a good opportunity to give back to the community as well as develop some stronger skills and experience.
I have made some simple plugins for Revit using C# as well as Python in pyrevit before but nothing too substantial just yet. I am happy to share some of this code.
If anyone would be interested in taking me on or at least pointing me to another location/forum that would be really appreciated. Feel free to pm over this forum.
Hello @kai.aurelien.zhu,
Thanks for posting with the such a collaborative spirit! Apologies for the delayed response.
Given your experience with Revit, you might be interested in the Rhino.Inside.Revit implementation. Check out the work currently developed by @kike in this repo: https://github.com/mcneel/rhino.inside/tree/master/Autodesk/Revit. This is all being done in the open, so if you see something you’d like to work on, give it a shot.
Good timing Luis! I literally had a look at rhino inside only yesterday. Looks very promising and have been browsing through the solution in my own time. I absolutely will be giving this a shot.
