"Locked" license

Hi!

I work in corporate enviroment and our issue is that we have a user requiring Rhino but the installation cannot be finished as apparently the same license was installed prior to other machine and that specific computer is currently nowhere to be found and thus uninstallation is out of the question. Also I have no idea what email may have been used in registering the product.

Is there anyway to release the license so we could proceed installing the software to new user?
