Local help pages for plugin doesn't show in Rhino 8

Hi,
in our plugin’s commands we set CommandContextHelpUrl to point to local html files to be shown in help panel. This seems to not work anymore on Rhino 8, as it apparently lookup for them on Rhino official documentation. Has this changed? This still works in Rhino 6 and 7.
