Hi Everyone! I am a new user in Grasshopper. I get some loading error whenever I am logged into the Grasshopper. I can’t locate where cause the issue. It seems related to Ghpython. Thanks for any advanced help.

Looks like it could be plugin related. Do you have Lunchbox installed?

I could be wrong but maybe try safe starting Rhino. Then loading Grasshopper.
Or uninstalling Lunchbox, if you have it? As I said though, I could be wrong so take my thoughts with a hefty grain of salt.

Hello @Jiahui_Qiu I’m having a similar problem, i try to uninstall and re install the apps, i also have a problem with the kernels, if some ones helps you with this, please tag me. I think at this poit we’re a few with the same problem.

Hi @guillermo.sepulveda ! Thanks for asking. The problem is associated with the old version of Lunchbox. To solve the prompting loading error, you need to delete the lunchbox. You can find the file folder in here: Users/Your name/AppData/Roaming/Grasshopper/Libraries/. There will be a lunchbox folder in it. It probably needs to reinstall some new version of lunch box in order to both have the lunchbox and avoid the error. Feel free if you have any additional question.
