Live curve length adjustment (shorten/extend)

Hi Community,
Is there a script or feature to be able to select an end of a curve and either shorten or extend it with dragging it? similar to this script (Wish: Shorten Curve). Also how do you get this script to run?

Hi Jack - I think SubCrv and ExtendDynamic should both help here. You can type in a length or extension distance, including negative numbers to shorten with Extend.
