Hello, I’m using Rhino 8, Once I extrude any surface I can’t draw or snap on any edges, curve or any surface. the snap selects the point on the plane.

Try the “Near” Osnap and always point at an Edge and NOT in the middle of a surface. Rhino is very different from SketchUp or rather SketchUp is very different from Rhino (and any other CAD-software).
