Line thickness not displaying in Layout

Hi all,
Using Rhino 7 Evaluation. Line thickness is not displaying in Layout - I have Print Display on, Linetypes on. I can see thickness in Viewports however not in Layouts. Print Display options don’t allow for me to adjust the ‘thickness’ settings in Layout, only Viewport.
Can anyone ascertain why that might be? Super frustrating having to Print PDF repeatedly to get an actual preview.

This issue has been resolved. There was a glitch with Rhino not opening correctly - a restart of the program solved the issue.
