Lights aren't rendering / lighting up scene

Hi Guys,

Im having issues with my lights when rendering. They just aren’t lighting up my scene at all, really. The only ones that seem to have any effect are the strip lights near the walls. My point lights aren’t doing anything, no matter what i change the intensity too.

Can anyone tell me what is going on here please as im a bit lost on where im going wrong?
