My license key was not sent to my email address. It’s a university email address so maybe that’s what’s blocking it, but I still need the license key. They’re not buying Rhino for us, I created the account independently, I just need access to the license key.
Any help on this matter will be greatly appreciated.

I see an expired eval license associated with your email address, but no purchased licenses or orders.
I would only seen an order if you purchased it directly from us.
My guess is your school bookstore sells Rhino at a better price.
