Hello!
When the Layout panel is shown in the UI, and a scene including layouts is loaded, the panel still shows nothing:
To break it loose: navigate any existing layout, or create a new Layout, delete it again. Some refresh has to be triggered somehow.
Repro: new scene > bring the Layout panel to the front > create a Layout > save > new > load scene

Hi Eugen - I do not see that here so far in our latest - can you run SystemInfo in Rhino and copy/paste the results here?

The glitch is still there. The Layout panel only displays anything until some activity in any layout.

I’m not sure if you meant to use the newly saved file as a template for a new file. I just reopened that newly created file but that showed the layout in the panel.

What I mean is this: when you open any file that contains layouts, and go to the Layout panel, it will not show anything. To trigger a refresh of the panel, you need to e.g. pan/zoom in any layout. Suddenly, the whole Layout list will reappear.

What happens when you disable all the non-default plug-ins, create a new file with layouts, and then reopen that file?
