What would cause my layouts panel to be blank - even though I have a whole lot of them!
In the past, I had to click on a layout and move it in order to get the panel to populate.
Now it shows blank but not on all my models.

Does that mean that (a) you’ve always had issues with showing content in the Layouts panel, and (b) the workaround of moving a layout no longer works?
I take it you have updated Windows since 2021. Window updates sometimes mess up display drivers and that might be the cause of the workaround not working anymore.
I would open the Rhino Notifications panel and follow the links to a NVIDIA site where you can find up-to-date drivers for your hardware. Install those using the “Clean Install” option.
Also for Rhino 7 we recommend 4 GB of VRAM per monitor that is used, so you are rather underpowered here. Does disconnecting one of the monitors make a difference?

Correct to a) and b) - the workaround was simply that once I clicked on the layout on my main screen and move it with the pan button, the layouts list would only then populate the layouts panel on my left screen.
Windows is up to date. Graphics is not up to date but I cannot get it the Geforce driver to download and do its thing…working on that.
I am holding out until the office move for the new computer…thx for that point about the VRAM.
UPDATE: driver is now up to date, restarted and problem persists.
I also have problems getting my panels to stick when reorganizing them on my left-hand screen. I thought if I did that on a file, saved the file and closed Rhino that all other files would open with the new panel config.
We seem to be working now…weird but OK!
I stand corrected - it is an intermittent problem for sure. The same model works one day the next day the layouts panel will not populate. Any thoughts?
