Just ran across this - checked against Rhino 5 where it works fine.
It’s possilbe to change the scale value in other ways but this way doesn’t work anymore.

This is also happening to me, immediately after I updated to 6.6 today.
I believe this is a known bug in 6.6 and should be fixed in 6.7
