Layers window is scrolling itself

I’ve been using Rhino 8 for a while now without any real issues, but after this last update, it started doing something odd… I have drawings with quite a lot of layers, and the layer window is scrolling itself… It’s happened on several different drawings, and only since the last update.
The version I am on is:
Version 8 SR16
(8.16.25042.13001, 2025-02-11)

The previous version did not do this.

Here’s what seems to cause it…

Scroll up and down in the layers window with the scroll wheel on my mouse… looking for some layer, when I find it, I click back in the drawing to select some objects I want to change to the layer I found. as soon as I roll my mouse back into the layer window, before I can right click on the layer to do “change object layer” it scrolls somewhere completely different!

With hundreds of layers in very complicated drawings, the automatic scrolling when I roll back into the layer window is EXTREMELY annoying.

It’s not scrolling such that the active layer is in the window, but it does seem to have something to do with it.

Anyone have any idea how to stop this behavior? I just want the scroll position of the layers window to stay wherever I put it, I don’t want any of my windows to scroll themselves somewhere else, ever.

Any help with this is appreciated!
