Laptop specs enough for modeling with grasshopper?

Hi,
I’m looking for a new laptop to run Rhino7 with grasshopper. I don’t use render, just procedural modeling.

I came across a Dell G15 with:

  • Intel Core i5-12500H processor
  • NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050, 4GB vram
  • 16 gb ram
  • 512 gb M.2 ssd

Do you guys think it’s enough for my needs? Thank you.

short answer, yes it is. My older G15 used to annoy me because of its bad thermal management and the noisy fans. But maybe they have fixed it. Apart from that, some of us used Grasshopper more than 10 years ago and it worked… so consider this when money is a problem
