Karamba3D Element type equivalence in Abaqus

I have been trying to validate Karamba3D results and compare them to ABAQUS.

• I am using “Shell Const” as cross-section type in Karamba3D:
  

  

• What would be the equivalent type element in Abaqus?

I am not familiar with the current version of Abaqus. Your selection looks plausible.
