hi im new to grasshopper and i cant quite figure out how to not make the areas in orange not be affected by the script, i am currently trying to make only the exterior curve in, also how would it be possible to make the curvature go outwards instead? Ive attached the file im using now. Where in the end i would be trying to model something like the image below. Thanks for the help in advance!

I think for something like your reference image it doesn’t make sense to use a soap film.
You can add pressure to soap films to get convex shapes, but the reference doesn’t look inflated either.
This is probably something more easily modelled with SubD
