Hello I’d like help using mesh inflate or perhaps another method to add on to this definition I’ve been playing with. Currently I’m using mesh length to relax the mesh/create a smooth surface with defined circular openings, and I’d like the ability to close some of these open nodes and “inflate” them from a localized point at the center of the open nodes, like in the image below
When i close the openings with a joined mesh and run the kangaroo solver, the whole mesh collapses
And the inflate component I’m having trouble figuring out how to incorporate because the input is a single mesh and doesn’t allow me to adjust pressure on individual mesh faces according to distance from a localized point. What are some additional ways to achieve an inflation effect on specific branches of my mesh while maintaining the pseudo minimal surface look on the rest of the form? Thanks for any suggestions!
