I am new to Rhino and to 3D printing then casting with Shapeways. I would really appreciate any advice on this process. I am looking for a really high end look. Will the finished product with Shapeways be smooth and sleek? I am also a novice designer so any comments or criticisms are most welcome!!!

I guess that depends on which material you are ordering from shapeways. It’s also hard to tell size from these images. Have you had a look at their design guidelines? (which are dependent on the material you’re after)

Yes, sorry! It would be in Silver and I have since learnt that the jumping is not possible as there needs to be a 1mm clearance for interlocking parts. the pendant is 18mm in diameter. I managed to 'fillet the edges of the circles and the S but couldn’t get it to work on the Chinese symbol. Any comments welcome!
