Hello all I am sorry to bother you with something THAT stupid but I couldn’t find any answer for my problem… I am using Rhino for few months and I really like it, but yesterday I transferred to Rhino for Mac and my eyes hurt really much… This is all caused by the “jagged” lines in which were normal smooth ones on Windows version now they look like something rendered with no anti aliasing. I include print screen and ASK for help coz I am really tired with this after ONE DAY and don’t wanna think of what is going to happen if I don’t know how to fix it.
Hi Andrzej-
Sorry for the delayed reply, this one slipped through the cracks.
Can you please post your software information? You can find this by navigating to Rhinoceros > About Rhinoceros > More info… > Copy to clipboard and pasting that into a reply here.
It’s likely your antialiasing settings are not right. What happens when you adjust Rhinoceros > Preferences > OpenGL > Appearance Settings > Antialiasing …?

Sorry for this delay, but I have already lost my faith for help here and found it today while reading some other topic.
Peace, Andrzej.
You have Apple’s very first 27" iMac, first sold 7 years ago. Unfortunately Apple did not put very much GPU memory in it, especially for a 2560 x 1440 display. Your Mac has 256 MB of GPU memory which Rhino has to share with all the other applications and with OS X.
Rhino limits the anti-alias setting for this Mac to 2x. Increasing the anti-alias setting requires more, sometimes much more GPU memory. Rhino used to allow a higher anti-alias value for a Mac with 256MB of GPU memory, but Rhino users were seeing garbled viewports or black viewports at higher anti-alias settings. Sorry, but the 2x anti-alias setting is the highest reliable setting for this particular Mac.
Thank you very much for your answer. Looks like I have to get used to it.
