Issues with position of georeferenced models after export to CAD

Some colleagues are working on a georeferenced 3D model in Rhino for me at the moment. The model has been positioned based on a ground surface that is in GDA2020, MGA zone 56. When the model and the ground surface are in Rhino, the x,y,z of all points are correct, compared to our site survey. However when the model is exported to a CAD file format (dxf, dwg, fbx) the model is offset from the ground surface by approximately 20 meters. Does anyone know this might be occuring?

Hi David - does ModelBasePoint show 0,0,0?
