Please make sure you do not have files related to an old version of the ShapeDiver plugin in your Libraries folder (see this page for more details).
Additionally, the package manager sometimes causes issues when several versions of the same plugin are installed. Try to remove all versions except the current one you are using from \Roaming\McNeel\Rhinoceros\packages\8.0\ShapeDiver.
