Hi everyone, I’ve noticed that if I “move down” a staircase so that it intersects with the supporting structure of the slab, the arrow and step numbers disappear when I go back to the plan view. Is it possible to solve this issue?

Hi @Alessandro_Barbisan the stair steps and the arrow are part of the Plan representation of the stair, which is only displayed in the floor where the stair is located. When you move the stair down, you are moving the stair start point and VisualARQ detects it is located in the level below. For that reason it doesn’t show the 2D representation in the desired level.
Unfortunately it is not possible right now to show the plan view representation of the stair in other levels. We will study the best way to improve this.
