Asssigning custom face colors also affects faces other than just the selected ones. Find the corresponding 3dm file attached.

Thanks for reporting RH-86777. This appears to be specific to the Mac.

there is additional issues with per face colors - gave up checking / reporting.

there is addional strange behaviour if you edit a polysurface that has some faces with custom face color… Edit in this case mean adding / deleting / modifying the polysurface (FilletEdge, Join, Sub-Select and delete).

i am not sure what s the current state - it is just in my mind that custom face colors don’t behave as expected in serval workflows…I learned to live with that
