Issue setting-up core-hour billing

Hello. I have been struggling to set-up per-hour billing for rhino.compute on my account firstly due to unclear guidance in the documentation and now due to some error which pops-up after submitting billing information (the same details I used for purchasing the license).

Core Hour billing cannot be enabled because there are licenses in this entity.

What does this mean? There is no suggestion whatsoever on how to proceed, who to contact or how to remedy the situation. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

You’ve come to the right place!

The documentation states:

  1. Click Create New Team and create a team to use for your compute project.

Note

Creating a new team is not strictly required, but core-hour billing is not compatible with existing licenses in the team. So if your team has licenses in it, core-hour billing will not be allowed.

Have you made a new team for core-hour billing?
