Isotrim with Big Surfaces


I have converted my mesh to surface and try to isotrim that to low numbers (to try). However, it freezes and not respond, CPU goes crazy.

I am not sure if I understand this. My surface can be very big, but what I want to do is simply divide that to (let’s say) to 2x2 surfaces. Is it because I have created my surface from the mesh? I don’t need to do that, I was just looking a method to convert mesh to surface.

What you are doing now: you have 4000 surfaces and trying to divide each of them into 4 pieces, of course it freezes.

Sorry. I thought I was dividing the one surface (created by mesh) into four.
