Isotrim of a dome

Hello guys.
I have created a dome and i want to divide it into vertical panels with isotrim but i can not change its seam point. as you can see in the image divided surface segments are not exactly at the points of divided curve. is there anyone who has an idea ?

try to adjust the seam of the curves before loft.
