Is there any way to set the value list contents from another list

Hi, i am working on something need to select the layer names.
While different people may have different name, i want to make a value checklist that the user can select the layer by clicking on them. It is actually very similar to the value list function,
however, in stead of typing the list by myself, is there any way to assign the list contents to the layer names?

It looks you have already installed Human. Human has an Item selector.

It’s only a bug if there are software requirements.
