Is there any sticky keys in Rhino?

In in the process of learning to use Rhino but am a left arm amputee at the left shoulder. Is there any sticky keys or ways to use the mouse command combined with holding down the Ctrl key at the same time? For me it is impossible to use the mouse and hit the keyboard keys at the same time. Ant suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks

Have you tried one of the Logitech (/3DConnexion) SpacePilot line of 3D navigators? I have one and its pretty cool with all the one-handed functions and customizations you can do. The only negative is that the cost is $400. Website link here and pic below.
