Is there a way to select muiltiple SubD faces

Hi,

Is there a way to select muiltiple SubD faces–without doing this for each face?

I tried the SelBrush painty-thing, but nope, it doesn’t seem to let me select multiple faces.

I can’t use a marquee select to get them, efficiently, so it would be multiple-choice for each face?

Wait! SelectionFilterFaces seems to work, but I’m not sure how to shut it off.
