Is Rhino 3d for suitable for ornamental modeling?

Hi guys, I just started learning the Rhino 3D software. My objective is to learn Rhino 3D mainly for furniture modeling, especially ornament modeling, which is later 3D carved on a CNC machine.
I also attached two images to clarify my learning objective.
So my question is, is it possible to do this type of modeling in Rhino 3D?
I saw other software, such as Blender and 3ds Max, and people working with them.

Please share your thoughts on rhino 3D if you are doing this type of modeling.
Thank u.

This motivates me to continue learning with Rhino 3D.
Can you recommend a learning path to begin?

Thank You.

You could start with this video from @BrianJ

I suggest to try Rhino 7’s SubD as well, because it lets you edit the shapes really easy. It uses the same subdivision principle like the ones found in 3DS Max, Modo and Blender etc. Once you are happy with the general shape in SubD, you can convert it into NURBS and add extra details. While modeling in SubD, hitting the Tab key will let you switch between the polygonal model and its smooth version.
