No, there is not.
If you are scripting with Python, just modify the instance definition geometry directly.

thanks, that’s good to know. I wanted to check if it’s possible to create a shortcut to exit from the interactive blockedit mode via a command. It wasn’t meant to be used in a “batch script”, but to ease frequent blockediting for the user if that makes sense.
