Is it possible to add group into an existing group?

I tried to add already grouped objects into an existing group but how can I keep the sub-group.
I would like to achieve; when I select the main group, all object will be selected, when I select its sub-group, only objects in the subgroup will be movable.

SubObject Select, a Sub Group?

Does anybody think it would be a good idea to be able to SubObject select a subgroup? In the same way I can select, say, a SubCrv or whole curve with SubObject select, would it be workable or helpful to be able to SubObject select a whole subgroup within a group? For me, personally, there are some cases it would be useful.

Hello - you can group multiple groups into a larger group, use SelGroup to get at them by name, within the top most group.
