Is dragging a cascade menu into a toolbar not possible anymore

Allthough I’d say “WOOOOUUUU !! THANKS ! ” as well,
@stevebaer cascade as menu,

I cannot pull the flyout off the button and get a toolbar anymore

like it’s possible when one cascades as icons only.

Moreover, although I can’t remember exactly, but wasn’t it possible in v7 to long-press RMB to turn a cascade menu into a toolbar.

All of that isn’t possible anymore in my Rhino copy.

After cascading, I want to pull it to become a toolbar permanently.
