Intersection osnap question

Hi,
sometimes it is useful, but sometimes it’s not, is it possible to pick intersection osnap only for
curves that actually do intersect, not just visually?

In Rhino Options > Modeling Aids, untick the “Use apparent intersections” under the “Object snaps” options.
