Intersection.BrepPlane bug

There is discrepancy between R7 and R8 for Intersection.BrepPlane

The attached file finds intersection on R7(correct) but none on R8(wrong). Could someone please take a look at this?

RH-91978 is fixed in Rhino 8 Service Release 32 Release Candidate
