Insert a file into rhino according to earthanchorpoint

I ma trying to import and overlay a survey CAD file with an earthanchorpoint along with another deign file with the same earthanchorpoint.

Is it possible to do that so I can have the two files align perfectly?
Or is there a way to make rhino display the earthanchorpoint with north/east arrow so I can manually do alignment.

Hello- I would try setting location in DocumentProperties > Location to the earth anchor point
