Inquiry for issue in analyzing tensegrity structure

Dear karamba3D team,

Because tensegrity structure is kinetic structure, there are issues happening on analyze component. I follow advices on Karamba3D manual.

  1. I check the support points are not same points as Hinge points.
  2. I activate the bend stiffness of cables. Then, the analyze component works normally. (But in generally, cables in tensegrity only contain tensile strength, so it should not be bend?)

As a result, is this a right way to analyze tensegrity structure?

Hi, you just need to increase the pretension so that you can achieve fully tension elements in the cables. When i open the script everything seems to work however.
