Basic question of Tensegrity structure

When i want to explore simple tensegrity prototype
the value of utilization is often weird
is there any advice of setting tensile material and compressive material?

Hi, you cannot set compressive or tensile only elements, but you most likely need to set pretension in the tension element

May I ask how to set pretension elements?
is that the tension value higher than compression value?

now in my new model. the rigid parts are kept mentioned in like thiese

  1. There are 12 rigid body modes in the system. This means some parts can move freely without causing deformation.

how can i avoid this?
I take the “space ball” example as reference
