Importing SketchUp files

I am trying to import some SketchUp files from 3dwarehouse into Rhino, but while the .skp file ending is listed as compatible, I have not had any luck in importing a file successfully.

I read somewhere it only works in 32bit, but its the same as in 64bit, giving me the error:

I have tried with version 2014 of SketchUp as the download format, which is the lowest they offer on 3dwarehouse.

Is the SketchUp Import really already obsolete?

I am using Rhino 5 SR 14 64bit and Rhino 5 SR 13 32bit, both with the same results.

you’ll have to use the Rhino 6 WIP to import skp files.
