I gave the office girl a quick try (3dm format download) and while she looked facted in Rhino shaded mode due to the mesh smoothing, she looks great in this 24 second test render in Thea with nothing tweaked other that the brightness setting and a background image for lighting. I better watch the tutorial you posted to see what I did wrong…
