all of our models will not enable all the i frame embed code to be offered— it says the problem is that i need a paid subscription— i have a paid subscription and the models are in my subscription

Please send a link to one of the models for which you face this problem.
When you open the model, and choose the tab called IFRAME, do you see this?
If not, please post a screenshot.
no we have not— but now i do— what changed? did you do something?
