Did you create some?
Are you using wireframe mode?

Hello - two things to check -

  1. Make sure the display mode is set to show curves (Display panel)
  2. In Options > View > Open GL page, un-check the ‘GPU Tessellation’ setting.

It may be that you could use a video driver update as well.
